Barry Rubenstein, President, has over 20 years experience in the fields of Human Resources, Education & Training and Human Services. Barry has been a Senior Human Resources Consultant, a Middle Manager and Senior Director, and Director of Training and Development.
At Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., a premier Human Resources consulting firm, Barry worked with clients across a broad range of industries. Industry sectors include; biotechnology, management consulting, medical devices, high technology, and non-profit organizations. Barry delivered on and off-site Human Resources direction and support, provided management training, conducted sexual harassment training, developed and implemented performance management programs, conducted risk assessments, conducted career transition programs, wrote employee information handbooks and developed compensation programs.
At the Walker School, an international model of caring for and educating special needs children; Barry was a Senior Director and Director of Training and Development. Barry has expertise in the areas of program design, project management, management/supervisory training, staff supervision, team building, capital planning, fiscal management, and employee relations.
Through his work at the Child Welfare League of America, Barry developed and delivered management/supervisory training to non-profit, human services agencies across the country.
Barry has occupied seats on the National Organization of Child Care Worker Associations and was past President of the Massachusetts Association of Child Care Workers. The goal of each association was to enhance the professionalization of the child welfare industry through the development of certification standards and improved training.
Barry is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association, the Society of Human Resource Management and the Smaller Business Association of New England. In addition, Barry is an adjunct faculty member at Lesley University. He possesses a BA in Psychology from Boston University and an MS in Administration from Nova University.

Maura McNulty, Consultant
Maura McNulty has over 11 years experience in the field of Human Resources. Maura has been a Generalist, Human Resources Supervisor and HR Manager for Employee Relations.
Maura comes to CR+T, Inc. from Viacom, a billion dollar global media company in New York City. At Viacom Maura was the Manager for Employee Relations for the technology division for the entire company. In this position Maura handled all employee relations issues from top management on down. She handled disciplinary actions, sexual harassment, layoffs, hiring, and all types of performance management. Also at Viacom Maura handled numerous reorganizations and the outsourcing of the call center after Viacom merged with CBS. Maura also created new hire orientation programs, developed new performance appraisal processes, policy manual, and work/ life and family programs for the division.
Prior to Viacom Maura worked for American International Group (AIG) as an HR Generalist. American International Group (AIG) is a U.S. based international insurance company. At AIG Maura created new senior management compensation plans, succession and career plans, created a skills database for technical employees and implemented a “How to Manage” course for legal employees. Maura was promoted to HR Supervisor while at AIG.
Before moving to New York Maura started her career in Washington DC at the United States Customs Service. Maura’s analyst position at Customs encompassed all entry level Human Resource work. She also began working with the National Treasury Employees Union and traveled the country training Customs employees on process improvement. The Customs Service efforts on reengineering were recognized by Vice President Al Gore.
Maura has a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland and is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
Kathleen Glebus, Consultant
Kathleen Glebus has over 13 years experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathleen has been a Senior HR Generalist, Recruitment and Employment Manager and Senior IS Technical Recruiter.
Kathleen comes to CR+T, Inc. from Arbor Networks, a network securities and integration firm in Boston. At Arbor Networks Kathleen was the Recruiting Manager and Payroll Specialist for the company. In this position Kathleen handled all recruitment and compensation issues. She handled multiple job requisitions and provided strategic HR direction and perspective to the company.
Prior to Arbor Networks, Kathleen worked for Scudder Kemper as an HR Generalist and Manager of Employment. Scudder Kemper is a global asset management company committed to creating innovative investment strategies resulting in high-yield gains. At Scudder Kemper Kathleen developed new senior management compensation plans, developed and implemented worldwide recruitment strategies while developing the Human Resources infrastructure for the company.
At EMC Corporation, a world leader in information storage management, Kathleen developed recruitment protocols for Management and all Information Systems hires. In addition, Kathleen managed Employee Relations issues; successfully managing employee issues to productive resolution.
Kathleen has a Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State College and is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
Tricia McNaughton, Compensation & HRIS Analyst
Tricia McNaughton has over 9 years experience working with organizations and project teams in healthcare and not-for-profit designing, implementing and communicating strategic total compensation programs.
Prior to joining CR+T, Tricia worked at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research where her responsibilities included the design and development of a Total Compensation program intended to drive attraction, motivation, and retention of key employees. This project included a complete overhaul of the Benefits and Compensation programs and policies at the Institute. She was responsible for conducting job evaluations for the organization, including: reviewing and writing job descriptions, ensuring internal equity, collecting and analyzing market data, developing a compensation philosophy, implementing a new pay structure and creating a communication strategy to educate employees about the new structure.
As a Project Manager in Compensation, Benefits and HRIS at Tufts Health Plan, in addition to her compensation tasks, Tricia worked on many HR initiatives including: revising the Employee Handbook, preparing the Affirmative Action Plan, improving employee recognition programs and soft benefits.
Tricia also has participated in the design and implementation of two HRIS system conversions.
She is a member of World at Work through which she is currently pursuing a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
Nancy Doyle, Training Consultant
Nancy Doyle has over 8 years experience in management and training. Nancy has been a customer service representative, manager and corporate training specialist.
Nancy comes to CR + T, Inc. from Pioneer Investments, a mutual fund company in Boston. At Pioneer Nancy was a Senior Corporate Training Specialist. In this position, Nancy developed and led corporate classes in management skills, retirement plans and industry licensing. Her management classes focused on core management skills including interviewing skills, hiring process and performance feedback. Overall, she developed and presented classes in response to corporate needs.
Prior to being a Senior Corporate Training Specialist, Nancy worked as a manager in a general customer service group, then a more senior specialized service group within Pioneer. Here Nancy was able to hone her skills in managing groups of 12-15 employees. Her responsibilities included; hiring employees, mentoring and guiding the staff in developing their service skills, providing performance feedback, and creating and presenting reports to senior management.
Prior to becoming a manager, Nancy worked as a Corporate Training Specialist. In this position she facilitated orientation for new employees joining Pioneer. She presented training classes for new employees that focused on the products and services provided by Pioneer including retirement plans. In addition, she presented classes geared towards career development such time management and telephone techniques.
Nancy has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA and a Master of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts, in Boston, MA.
